Liv Cabergs is a visual artist based in Liège, Belgium, graduate of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Liège.
Her practice spans sculpture and fiber art, with a particular focus on the expressive possibilities of glass — from traditional stained glass and grisaille to contemporary techniques such as slumping, fusing, sand casting, and pâte de verre.
Liv's work explores materiality, fragility, and transformation. Whether weaving copper wires into three-dimensional bas-reliefs or casting molten crystal into sculptural forms, she investigates the tension between control and chance inherent to her chosen materials.
